Apprenticeship training from the
Woodhouse Asset Management Academy

Having been part of the trailblazer group that developed the Level 4 Asset Manager and the Level 7 Infrastructure Asset Management standards, we are delighted to provide the training for both apprenticeships.

These apprenticeships are suitable for a range of industries and roles that contribute to the asset management function within an organisation.

Apprenticeships are an innovative way to attract new talent into your organisation and to retain and upskill current employees by increasing workforce confidence, capability and allowing an organisation to develop a motivated, skilled and qualified workforce.

Funding for the Apprenticeships can be accessed through the apprenticeship levy. Since April 2017, in England any employer with an annual wage bill of £3 million or more pays an apprenticeship levy. The apprenticeship levy is charged at 0.5% of the wage bill and paid monthly to HMRC. This levy money can be spent on the Apprenticeship training and assessment via the Apprenticeship Levy and Co-investment funding.
